In fact, I would love for them to tune Shard of Hate to 80 AND release it as soon as possible before RoK. Many guilds would go nuts trying to do an "impossble" zone like that early anyway, and it would provide for significant entertainment on the boards.

If the Shard of Hate is lvl 70 you are screwing the lore of the game and the raiding experience in general.

ITS A PORTION OF THE PLANE OF FEAR FOR GODS SAKE!!!!

Make it level 80 so no1 can really touch it till RoK comes out, there is absolutely no reason to have it lvl 70, no1 will use it come RoK in a few months and you have wasted one of the most remembered raiding experiences of original EQ raiders, come the fuck on. Spend months developing a zone to be used for like 3-4 months if that based on a zone that should be one of the hardest things ever and was still even a challenge years after it was released and level caps were increased, i dont see that happening here with the way cons work.

Even so, it will be standard fare up to this point. A bunch of 75's with ridiculous HP, damage shields, and debuff/buff wipes. It'll be a week at the most (and that's being generous) before Disso, SD, and NPU clear it, and everyone else will follow suit.

Well, Hate was the easymode of the planes. Only thing that made it hard was amazingly terrible pathing. Never really had the same fear of zone wide mosh pit aggro and inevidable Cazic DT you did in fear. Although a few members always managed to somehow get DT'd by Inno on run ins..
