Truly the only reasons to be logged on continuously anymore are to lock down contested... not much of a contest if only one team is able to play.... 15 WHOLE Minutes? All in a row? I've seen "Quick AFK/Bio" requests take longer than 15 minutes.

Fix the lag... good plan... gonna happen anytime soon? Yeah pretty sure thats an emphatic "NO!" 3 years and it hasn't happened yet.

Its not server resets, but they are at least aware of the lag.

I voted no because I am always playing at 7AM when they go down for an hour (always an hour, no matter how small the problem/reset).

But I guess 15 minutes a day wouldn't be that bad.

Of course if they flat out said "Give us one month and all lag will be gone" I'd be ecstatic and not care about server resets. Though the odds of lag being fixed any time in the near future is very slim.

Yea, they reset at 10 est if I remember correctly, plenty enough time for people to complete what they had to do~

They let everyone sell from every one of their alts, removing a large amount of the decision making process of "Is this really worth selling?" and they extended the cache time to 7 days. Surprise it caused resource overhead. People are all excited about spell consolidation but continue to loot worthless crap and put it up on the broker for a negligible profit. Urge to destroy world rising...

Have you seen a more lopsided poll. That should tell you something. I just want to know if there is a technical reason that they don't take the servers down more regularly. Perhaps it wouldn't be a simple 15 minute reboot anymore. They might have to baby the servers back to life more than they had to in the past. I'll bet cookies this discussion has been brought up in their offices before.

When the servers have been up for over a week the lag is just horrendous. If a daily reset isn't possible for some reason even every other day is fine. Just reset the damn servers more than once every week.

I agree with you.... but until they fix the lagg I would be all for a 15 minute down time reset. They used to do it a 7AM PST perfect to go make a pot of coffee

Back in the old days I could set my watch by the server resets. They would ALWAYS say they will be down for approximately an hour but no less than 19 minutes later I could be logged in with my broker bot ready to go.

I did this day in and day out and went to bed immediately afterwards for months on end, it was not a big deal.

Fuck, I dont care if they made it the 15minutes where we start our raids at this point, server resets need to happen. You cant take their word on fixing lag because who here cant remember a mere 2 months ago when they put in the patch notes that server stability had been increased, and yet somehow the lag had never been worse?
