Even games that use the same engine vary in movement - with FPS's there's a number of adjustable factors that'll make the visual experience & "point & click" factor different. Her eyes and hand/eye coordination will have to adjust to each one you try, and she'll have to get over motion sickness with more than a couple of them.
I went through a phase when, switching over from other FPS's back to UT, I was taking dramamine to keep from puking during matches (helps a bit with the motion sickness). My normal gameplay was high speed with mouse sensitivity cranked as high as it could go (razer boomslang, then mx518 - people would sit down to my pc and not be able to click anything) - but it took a while to get back to it and get used to it, again.
This is just to point out: she will eventually get used to it. But if you toss her in front of a bunch of different games to try to "train" her, she's not going to be a real happy camper and you might sour her on gaming all together. Just let her do her thing, be herself, and explore at her leisure - it's nice you can at least share chat, right?
A couple things you can do -
- Show her how to save her keymaps when she adjusts them so she can go back to one she likes.
-Have her turn down her mouse sensitivity, turnspeed/camera settings.
When the mouse settings are too high/sensitive, the movement on the screen is much faster than her eyes are watching for, and so her focus is "behind" where the character is moving & trying to catch up. That's huge with motion sickness.
If you can get it slowed down till the movement matches a bit more what she's anticipating, that will help - and she can speed it up as she gets more comfortable.
- Shut off autorun for now. Slow is good.

Encourage her to go walk around and explore the city where she's not going to have to worry about getting eaten. There's a ton of stuff in the old world game they put in there to go look at and enjoy.
- Stuff a dramamine in her before she goes off to move around. :P
- Make sure she takes breaks.
- Don't hold off on the quests - while they involve running around and doing errands, some involve quite a bit of dialogue where she'll be sitting there reading and clicking one thing for a few minutes. Might see if she gets into the lore, and introduce her to books.
