And if that doesn't work take her out back and give the dog the old yeller treatment and find a new one.

I used the arrows for the longest time in EQ until my left wrist started getting sore. I then made the switch to WASD and thats what I'm using to this day.

As far as getting used to WASD I suggest having her stick with EQ2. She'll get used to the controls eventually.
