EXCEPT the majority of the downtime was due to maintenance, if it was only a simple restart + LoN it would have been much shorter.

Who cares where the code came from or how it was acquired.

I'm even more happy if it was a true copy / paste work from somewhere else because that means that SOE didn't have to put too many man hours into it, which then could / can be used on useful stuff instead.
