TBH the way it reads any use of a trick to avoid death would be an exploit in my book.
I don't even have the spell on my hotbar because I prefer my raids healers to learn wtf to do instead of me saving my ass every fucking time :P
I have the same attitude for tower of stone on farm status mobs. It really keeps healers on their toes and interested in the game if I don't use it where I had used it before
