Default Damage Shields

I have a damage shield that I put on our MT... the damage gets credited to me on the parse but I am wondering if any of you know if the aggro gets credited to the MT? Been wondering how this works for a while.

Default Re: Damage Shields

I tested this the other night, because our Wizard got aggro somehow pretty quick on the pull and I was wondering if the damage shield was responsible. So we tried a pull where I had no reactives or wards on me, the wizard put ice shield up, I body pulled a mob and did nothing to it. It didn't peel off me and run to the wizard, so apparently the hate goes to the guardian.

Frostshield accumulates 0 hate from the damage. The act of casting it generates hate however.
