Has anyone noticed that Lay Waste and Besiege now share the same timer?? I just recently betrayed to a gaurd so i may have not noticed before. Pls feedback would be nice.!.!

Duh?

It says "This improved Assault deals more damage against a single target, has increased chance to hit, cannot be riposted, and has reduced casting time and power cost." Hrm, get this, Besiege is the upgrade to Assault. So why wouldn't they be on the same timer?

awesome ty Pinski for the info wasnt sure why, nor did i know besiege was an upgrade of assault damn betrayal got me i a fix. Like i said just recentley betrayed. thx again

Yep and lay waste is awesome I have it maxed out.

Lay waste is a AA CA u can add to your arsenal and is single target. Besiege is our out of encounter AE. It has always been linked..sucks but you just have to know to save off the lay waste on AE fights and on singles go for it
