I have 5 hotbars in the middle as you can see. From bottonm to top, I have all my taunts and quick attacks centred in the middle where I work from. I keep Command and Masters Rage close to hand because I keep forgetting to cast them.
I have re-inforcement beside all my Area of Effect attacks which I keep off to left in case of accidents. I also keep Lay Waste and Flay away from the centre so I am less likely to use em by mistake before Dispatch.
That Macro on the end of the 2nd row from bottom is my target macro for the named we are killing in case I get charmed and the MA is targeting adds when I come back.
Third row is potions , cures and pulls macros. I have an assist macro for the MA on there too, close at hand to what I am doing in case I end up on the wrong mob.
Fourth row is power stuff and my group saves "Sentry Watch" etc.
Fifth row is my "Oh SHit" row. I usually tank in Buckler so when the shit hits the fan I have two diferent Tower Shields to swap in for ToS and I have other stuff like Dragoon Reflexes etc
I Keep my buff bars in a separate area. With Offensive/Defensive stances close at hand. I change between them a lot.
I guess the general theme I have gone with is keeping the stuff I need most near at hand and the stuff that I dont wanna hit by accident out of the way
