Someone else said that it shows up in the maintained window. Temporary buffs do not show up in the maintained window, but temporary debuffs that we cast do. So it sounds like it's a debuff on the mob. And if it's a debuff on the mob, then it doesn't(shouldn't) matter who cast it.
No one ever posted a confirmation either way when Skel asked about it earlier.
