Edit: Ahh I'll be nice I guess... Go to Greater Faydark, head to the newbie area north of Sapling Spur outpost, as you come out the valley, bear left to the groblin pond.

Groblins are on 30 second respawns, there's 12-15 of them and they are level 2.

I guess the Shissar update can be in multiple places. My best guess is any of the random name spawns could have it.

After getting all 4 items, head back to Shard of Fear and talk to Urduuk to take down the shield. He escapes and the next step is to kill him at likely near the spot he lost his life the first time.

You may need a new instance of shard of fear to get Urduuk to work properly, but need confirmation.

Seems to be the case, Dont kill any named seems to do the trick.

My instance with named dead and it wouldnt work for me. reset ftl

fragment is found on Terror in Shard of Fear
essence is found on Garanel in Unrest
censor is of trash mobs in Seb ( mine was found in barracks room )
sigil is a ground spawn in Chel ( it has a question mark above it and looks like black coal )

head back to Shard of Fear and hail Urduuk

he will give u shackles, now procees to Commonlands
-566, -48, 166
use the shackles and it will spawn Urduuk ( level 85 triple up )

then head back to Vel'Arek he is the guy behind the waterfall next to the sword

he then asks you to find Tags

first tag is right at the base of Vel'Areks feet ( its a skull )

I believe the 8 military units bring the evil sword to Kunark, so the evacuate path from CL to KJ must be clues.

Tank's RoG tag was in Korucust in a cell along the right hand side. It looked like the black powder that was the same update as Chelsith.

For all you slackers like me where are you going to plow through 1000 mobs for the BBC quest, lol. Stormhold is slow waiting for repops and the same goes with the ruins of caltoris.

Try the Graveyard zone off commonlands / sunken city. Really good mob density there and they are a lower level.

Best place in game for BBC 1000 kills is in BSV. Take a Warlock there and the respawns net ya about 40mobs per set. As long as you dont kill the scouts/lookouts in towers the heroics will just keep respawning every few seconds. Did it in under an hour.
