Considering how bad the bracers are for that set I wouldn't switch out. I would wait for another piece to drop. Or am I confusing the gloves with the bracers? Either way the HBVB are a better choice.

The only thing that would make this 3pc bonus worth going for is if it procced off of hold the aggression. Otherwise you're trading off a small damage bonus of 2 taunts over your other 15 or so CAs.
