Generally speaking . . . with all things being equal . . . which do you value more and choose for raid tanking?

Reason I ask is when I replace 3 pieces of Incarnadine Mastercrafted with 3 pieces of Ravaged Onslaught (which is higher in level) . . . I gain some Mitagation but lose some Avoidance.

I wouldn't even worry much about mit/avoid when you're comparing mastercrafted to legendary.

If you were comparing fabled to fabled, then it might make sense to evaluate. Definitely go with the 3 Ravaged Onslaught pieces. You'll get +75 CA damage as a set bonus, and that's way better than the mastercrafted.
