Good luck with that. Getting one for me hasn't gone well. If they were actually on broker I would break down and buy one.

There was one on the LDL broker last month for 150p plus fees. Wonder what ever happened to it . . .

Keldo,

Out of curiosity, which adornment choices have you made? Am I seeing things correctly in that you have the Warrior set helm, Soulfire and Green dragon shield for 68.5% solo avoidance?

Granted the block is great, but that combo's total should be closer to 73%.

Standard choices, 3% on wrists, 3% on sword, 8 parry on forearm, 1% block on shield. I get 74% with a dirge and food on raids..how do you figure it should be 73%?

I run just under 70% solo with a Soulfire, VG and all the typical avoidance items/adorns.

I figured by adding the Helm and Sevs shield (neither of which want to drop for me) I'd have to be hitting close to 75% solo.

Pics?

I'm 66% with soulfire, helm, 495 agi, 487 def and 457 parry. That is with Virtue's Guard equipped. STR AGI STA INT

and 66.1% with same equip, 471 agi, 475 def, 476 parry, VG. That is STR STA INT.

Only thing I can figure is Elite Ya-lei Shocker is 1% and that new crafted neck is another 2%.. that would give 69%.

Edit 2: Actually it only adds 0.5% per 1% of rip, so I'm stumped.

Sorry, I'm an idiot for not factoring the "Shock Trooper Bracers" (1%) and the new MC necklace (2%). No idea if your using those. Still I'd assume even w/o those items, the helm would cover it.

500-Def
496-Parry
587-Agi

Note that the helm while providing 5 block only gives 3% avoid on tooltip.

I'm not using either of those items.. main difference I can see is you have a lot more emphasis on def/parry stuff (25 extra of each), and I have more crit/melee dmg.

I'm a bit wary to do that as I don't really trust the tooltip when it comes to defense and parry stats. But it's certainly worth some parsing.

Without debuffs, all the extra parry/def goes down the toilet pretty quick and its not close to the displayed %.

When parsing, try to encourage the raid to use +c/s/p debuffs early in a fight and have 1 or 2 scouts run MC enfeebling poison. Should give you a proper avoidance parse as far as the "contested" checks are concerned.
