Fixed that for you.

And i totally agree, 60s off an ability that we only need 21-30s off of. Yay. Now we get 4~ AA's in our already shitty Guardian tree, whoopee.

Give me 30s off reuse and 3-5 seconds of duration.

So you cant have lower reuse time on it than one min? is there a cap on that to?

The cap is 50% of full duration reuse. (or, 100% in EQ2 math)

Since its a 3 minute timer (180 seconds). Our AA's reduce that to 2minutes 10 seconds (130 seconds). INT end ability drops another 19s off that, resulting in 1minute 51seconds (111 seconds).

Cap is at 1 minute 30 seconds (90 seconds).

So, we gain 2-4 AA's using the 2 set bonus, but since there's nothing left in the guard tree really worth investing in, it doesnt really matter.

As the only set bonus even remotely useful, its kind of sad. But, our set is sad too, so i guess its alright.

BP focus was changed to 33% increase on Return to Combat...which I'm not sure why they touched it since its not really a change at all

Only partially.

50 points was enough to get the worth while bits of the guardian tree (Block, Double attack).

The other 2 end ability's are pretty much complete trash. Thus the last 20 points are only viable to use to fill in the few useful skills to max.

Adding an additional 3-4 guardian AA's is not something i'd call wanted or needed. Making the usefulness of 60s off reinforcement complete overkill to make this skill reach reuse cap.

I didn't realize there was a cap either, although I had suspected.

I currently do not have the double attack in my EOF tree, since I maxed out Reinforcement and chose two other end lines.

It will free up some AAs so that I can grab the 9 percent double attack AA.

The second set bonus is silly. It says 5% on the set but looks like it gives 5% of the 50% not straight +5%. So i get 2% to a 50% trigger. Wow. Even more dumb if compared to the other two bonuses.

I wish they do something like "Hold the agression would trigger when you hit". 5% bonus is nothing, concidering it isn't checked when wards absorb damage.
