Hey, I've been reading everyone's "suggestions" on AA spec.

And really just want a critiscism / suggestions for my own.

I have no Tower shield spec, becuase I'm confident in my survivability with my buckler in every situation.

Buckler Spec -

Sta 8 8 8 8 1
Int 4 8 8 8 1
Agi 4 2

I like the dragoon spin (if only to be coupled with recapture - for those bizarre situations that we pull wayyyy to many mobs at one time that aren't linked.)

Not really sure why STR line should be put in there, when I'm not losing aggro.

Suggestions / Comments please?

The same thing can be asked about your defense. If you didn't have that extra contested defense, would you die more often?

But if you did have extra crit chance from the STR line, would the mob die faster and over time speed up the raid and help survive the tougher fights better by killing it faster?

It depends on your particular situation...

first of all imo speccing stamina and buckler reversal to 8 is a waste of 2x4 points.

so if you like that additional AE for reinforments, you could try

stam 4488
int 44682

not much different from your spec, youd only loose the power-thingie beeing the stamina-final. if youre havin a coercer in your group or properly equipped healers your power shouldnt be too much of a problem imo... but would gain a serious amount of meleecrit

That's my spec except I went Int 48822 for max haste and ~permanent acceleration strike instead of max parry.

So do you think this is a good way to spec for group and raid? I have done the str line and started the stam, though my Guard is only 22. I figure str is not hard to fill fast then move into stam then int then agi last. That sound about the right way to work it. I figured str first cause ive been soloing mostly. then stam cause I ll be grouping soon. I locked level at 20 to ge my aa's even to level. I have about 18 aa's so far. So I have str 4 4 8 and sta 3.

For leveling up, I would suggest the end ability for the Stamina line. The power savings is nice when soloing or in a group without a power regen class. Sadly most groups I had, didn't have one until max level.
