Is this a bug or something? can anyone that have it tell me how it works. The helmet kinda much sucks.. i only think its fun that the proc say that you only do damage to yourself.

The way that proc works is that it puts a debuff on your target that every time your target gets hit, it has a chance of proccing the extra mental damage.

That helm is all sorts of awesome.

Well why i asked was du to the proc say that Inflict X damage on caster. Kinda sure that had to be a bug or something confusing... i mean... As i read the proc it would had a chance to proc extra damage on yourself ;)

There are a handful of items that deal damage to you when the proc said item has triggers. The Raging Leviathan Girdle is a good example of a kick-ass procing item that does damage to you.

The thing to remember about items that do damage to you is that the damage stated is before mitigation of that damage type. Also, I'm pretty confident you even have a chance to resist the damage done to you. Either way, the damage is minimal in a group or raid setting on every proc I've seen that can damage the caster.

I know -.- but if you look at the ´proc.... all it does is procing damage on the caster nothing more. If you read the proc as it says.

Again... the item puts a DEBUFF on your TARGET. When your TARGET gets hit IT takes damage.
