Hello,

I am currently a level 58 Guard specd STR 4 4 8, AGIL 4,4,4? STA 4,4,8,6,1. I enjoyed the buckler line but have been wanting to try something different.

At level 62 I am thinking of going full WIS and INT line and using a 2h to solo (which is like 80% of playtime), and going back to the old Tower Shield n sword for grouping.

Will this be a decent spec for soloing? How well will it perform in a group? Is there a better one, or is 2h just a bad idea?

WIS line is useless.

If you want a Solo spec with a 2Her, go STR-INT.

Here's a nice 2h spect, but you'll do more dps with dual wield, or buckler, because Soe don't like 2h weap ;p

Hmmm almost like vormav suggested, only that skip the wis, you'll need a shield to knock down your opponent to use the debuff, seing as you're not wearing a shield shieldbash is going to be difficult to use.
So what I suggest is STR 448, Agi 44862, INT 48872, a bit more deffensive especially with the end ability in Agi line, can be usefull in groups (together with the group intercept) or raids.
and yes, go DW instead of 2h, easier to get 2 decent 1 handers than 1 good 2hander, easier to switch in a shield against offhand rather than shield + 1 hander for a 2hander, if you need a shield to use tower of stone or whatever.

I have 1 stun whitout a shield (racial one) and somes items that procs stun, thats why I use it :0

Thanks for the advise.

I will give those some thought.

As well I do have Brutal Barshings (Troll Racial) and does not the kick/swamp line also count as a knockdown you could follow with Belly Smash?

As far as availability of weapons goes at 62 the best available really is MC so thats not much of an issue.

The one thing that does make me shy away from 2H is the delay difference in switching from DW to Shield vs. 2H to Shield, silly restriction if you ask me.
