What the hell does this AA do anyways. Here I thought it was an AOE blocker.

Never blocks any aoe I try to block.

I love the way they word some of the abilities.

Found it useful for MA duty. I rarely had to joust the big AE's after Traumatic Swipe was applied. It also provides some relief from some of the more annoying stun AE's out there.

Rather useless for a MT tho.

The whole line was made for (and is good for) OTing.

Between GYB, Block, the int endline and ToS you should never need to joust on any mob if you pay attention to timers. In fact you can get about 30s AE immunity out of every 50 seconds. It means higher DPS in places like Thuuga and leaves you more ready to immediately take over if the MT dies. Also if you're offtanking something it can be useful to avoid getting hit by AE from the named during a damage spike.

If you MT though, yeah, it's useless.

do you mean "fightERs"? you know, like set of classes, including warriors, crusaders and brawlers? does it only block aoe's for these specific classes then? and 8 at that... well, is this thing raidwide then?
sorry for these lame questions, i play on a localized server (and my english is very poor), but i was wandering what this thing does too. please clarify for me.

Its listed as "Group (AE)" and protects any fighter class in your group (including yourself) within 25m, as long as they are not the direct target.

If its raidwide and 8 fighters max, thats news to me.
