I have done it with 2 healers and 1 healer / mezzer. Both outcome the same way as long as you kill the Fleshscorcher first. The last time we killed it I almost positive 2 adds were still up.

The mob is retarded easy, debuff named, burn fleshscorcher, and open up your fabled box.

The encounter is not hard if your scouts are good or decent.
No need for a mezzer, it would make it EZ mode to hell, but you dont need it, on the pull have your scouts chain stun the fleschscorcher and burn it down. Then burn the backstabby, then the tank one, and then the healer, and the the goblin dude is cake.
The fleschorcher bitch wil nuke you for a ton, i got nuked for 70k w/ like 13k heat resist when we were working a strat, lawlzerz.

Tank and spank, one healer is good enough no mezzing just kill them in order usla,gahdash, bergo and shaman. dont see what the big issue is. using one healer means you can burn the adds down fast. once they are down the epic is cake.

Easy to find out. Just type /70-79 LF 5 more for RE2, pst. 2-4 hours later, you'll know. :D
