I like all list u posted and agree with all, exept this sequence. Just mb u don't know how the avatars's one work? - as it adds +50 to ALL heal procs, reactives, passive warding and so on - to such things that can't be increased with +heal things for healers. and with a huge amount of HP it has - i think it's is best item for shoulder's slot. Far more better then 3% parry. Especially, if u have all top gear already.

in an MT group the templar doesnt care for +heal too much, and the defiler is probably already capped if your killing avatars. (same with warden if you have one) so no its not better that 3% parry chance, not even close.

The biggest killer of MT's is getting hit by DA's and Flurrys at a rate too fast for your healers to keep up with. Would be better to "avoid" those situations outright, rather than making it a little easier for the healers to play catchup.

Why not pass those shoulders to the MT cleric and keep the 3%?

i am still missing the shackles of the court from cok in the raid gear list. they are at least better that the sokokar blood bangle. not sure about if it beats the coil from re2.
but it should be listed there.

its THE wrist item for raiding t1-t3.

It's probably missing from the list because it isn't even remotely close to being better than the Sokokar Blood Bangle or Grunblig's Coil.

They are basically a "light" version of the hate trash leggings, and they sell pretty well at the broker ;) .
