Just use palace of Ferzhul , you can get 2 - 3 shinies without dying. And if you just "look" at the shiny you wont get the full lockout, but only 30 minutes. So essentially every 30 minutes you can run in palace and check 3 shinies. If its a rare, then take it and start with the next character.

The third one is random maybe 50/50 chance, go through the next portal and it will be on the ground if its not there just try again in your next run in.

You can't use lvl 1 alts to do this either, they have to be min of lvl 75 to zone in.

Due to RL I am not in a raid guild so I get to try and be the best I can be with just top end armor. Curious as to what the thoughts are on TSO T2 armor for non raiders as well as the TSO T2 jewelry. (and if it is any good, which set, onslaught or stone or both?)

The t2 legendary stuff looks pretty good for non raid gear. However the jewelry looks like crap. You can get better from instances.
