No the Mythical went from extremely OP to equal to the other Mythicals. You are right, no other Mythical added nearly as much as what the Guard one did...which was as you said OP. Now they basically made some of the things that made it good, BUT, it still retained the best tanking part of the weapon. IMMUNE to riposte! No matter how much a mob decides to riposte, no matter how much damage ripostes do...Guards will never have to worry about it. I would still call that a pretty damn good ability on a weapon. Stat wise it is equal to the other tank weapons. It has the 5% damage absorption and now it has the clicky effect.
Now take a look at the other tank weapons...well SK that is arguably the weakest fighter epic out there. The clicky...an 8 sec Peel that can be overwritten by Peel and reinforcement that absorbs hits more than 60% damage. The proc...a weak ass damage proc...OH and instead of there being a perma ability instead it is a proc that increases hate based off of lifetap healing...yeah I would take the immunity to riposte.
The fact of the matter is the weapon is still a great weapon. It is just not as good as it was...which as even you stated was OP'd. Its funny, because it seems like just yesterday I was getting into it with you and that tool Guapo about all of these issues that have finally come to a head. Did you really think that SOE was going to leave Guards miles ahead of all the other tanks in the game forever? LoL.
