I agree the damage reduction should be a static "when equipped" 10%.
I think alot of people are seriously under estimating the value of the new control effect immunity proc.
I'd also like to see a % incoming damage converted to hate, but we can't always have our cake and eat it too. We have a metric shit ton of snap aggro tools now, but the sustained aggro is a little borderline, at least for me and my testing on raids in beta... and that's with STR4 maxed, too.
With raids on beta pulling 110k+ with 3 groups, I might actually have to start paying attention
