TOS DPS - Dualwield as an option?

Hey all.

I often ST on raids, so I used to be geared for DPS.

With TOS, it seems a bit harder to do decent dps. How about dualwield? Thoughts?

I only have Ekron's Blade for offhand atm. Anyone seen anything better yet? (I know that Hammer of Swirling Stars is better, anything else?).

Axe of venom, claw of khalen, and even though its a 4s delay the Venril sword (proc is godly)

Question? You can only proc AoE attacks with main hand correct?

Got Claw of Khalen, but its not 3.0 delay as Myth, it is 4 delay...

one thing you can do is to get your haste up high as possible at max haste the difference should only be .1-.2 sec difference.

When I was guard, I always D/W with Axe of venom + venril sword. Could put up parse to 7k, and now that you gain 25%+ double atk, numbers should go up aswell by D/W.

Just need to put a link to your tower shield and switch if you need to tank really.

Logged in today and saw that claw of khalen is now 3.0 delay!!!

Did SoH last night dual wielding the Claw and mythical and my dps was close to 6k which was a little higher than I had been able to get with a buckler. I was always in the top 4 on the dps parse. As far as grouping goes, I am enjoying tanking them in dual wield spec.

I did a post on the official forums, lets go feedback there if you want Firefly (?) to take a look at the Claymore from TSO signature quest. It would be a nice weapon for D/W and it would be worth it to do the quest for warriors..
