Anyone notice any difference in this ability when upgraded. I've check all my stats, avoidance, hp, resists, & mit each time after i've upgraded and see no change in them what-so-ever. Am i missing something or misreading what it does? Sorry if this had been posted (i did search), but i'm a bit confused..lol.

Its junk imo. All it does is add like 7 parry and 7 Def to your Def stance... since that is so hard to get anyway... Its like putting 5 points to nothing imo that is.

If you recast your defense buff, after each aa, you will see just a small difference.

As for it being crap as noted by the other post, yep it is and so are most of what we got. I think we Guardians just have to pick the crap that doesn't stink as bad.
