Reposte and Parry are still uncontested and did not take any significanr nerf. They are still good.

+BLOCK took a huge nerf. basicly reducing 1block = .2%, which is horriable. the sheild adorn is crap now as well as the Wrathbringer Helm and Trak Sheild.

+Sheild Effectiveness is much more effective as it stands.

I agree that shield block is crap now, but isn't it just the same as shield effectiveness now?
