Only place I have seen that charm drop is in TOMC, which was 3 times now. But lootdb shows it from several locations.

Well I know since the change it does drop out of the heroic zone, but has anyone seen it out of ToMC lately?

its only in cavern now i actualy had a dev confirm it for me so the drop location on main gear thread is accurate
