Sneak taunts in prior to them arriving, if you can, then:
1) Defensive Minded
2) Decimate
3) Acceleration Strike
4) Trespass (cripple) M1
5) Separate (cripple) M1
6) Infraction M1
7) Slanderous Assault M1
8) Overmatch (recycles quickly -- will be back up for the end of this cycle)
9) Executioner's Wrath
10) Mar (TBH, I use Flay M2, since I don't have M1 Mar)
11) Sentinel Strike
12) Retaliatory Strike (cripple)
13) Lay Waste (or siege)
14) Exact Strike M1
15) Gut Kick
16) Head Trauma (cripple)
17) Staggering Charge M1
18) Shoulder Slam (or whatever the ogre racial is called)
All +hate positions stuff is saved for when I lose aggro or if the mob is stubborn on pull.
If I use reinforcement, I'll save the big 5 (retaliatory strike, lay waste, exact strike, [exec + flay], sentinel strike) for the end of my reinforcement chain and then use my taunts... in an attempt to be as far ahead of #2 on the hate list as I possibly can be when reinforcement is gone. With a little bit of luck, it could mean an extra 10-12k hate compared to using your big hate generators first, then having someone pass you again on the hate list, and then ending your reinforcement with overmatch, gut kick, staggering charge, etc.
