or the items with 10% spell double attack... or the items to alter the fundamental function of spells to make them AoE or Single Target... or the items to make single target buffs group-wide and group-wide buffs raid wide.

Anyone that doesn't see this as a serious problem is sorely mistaken. Since the gear of this expansion came out, I would put the guardian mythical as one of the bottom 3 in terms of total effectiveness.

Sure - But then they will add "requires 6 concentration slots to maintain" so it has to be actually bugged to work

I hate to beat a dead horse about this, but what would it take to convince a dev to reconsider our mythical proc? Or for that matter, what would it take to make the rest of the community see that our mythical just isn't that special anymore.

Of all the shenanigans the devs have pulled with the tanks recently, our mythical being shit in comparison to others' ranks as one of the highest ass chappers with me.
