Yep, absolutely correct. I really think something needs to be done with our mythical proc. Make it proc twice as often or last twice as long imo.

You don't seen any items dropping with 10%+ spell double attack chance. When any fighter can have a buff better than the one that makes our mythical "overpowered", there's something wrong.

Agree, I think it is stupid that any fighter can get the ability of our mythical, well actually a little better than our mythical, from one item. And its not just one item, there were some avatar drops with similar effect. The only thing I can see argued here is that a guard could have that ability proc more often since he could have his mythical and the wrist with chances to proc. Still is shady though to give all fighters that ability when it is our mythical ability.
