Well the berzerkers started bitchng up a storm about it as soon as screenshots could be taken on the test server. Their PR machine hit all the forums and they all gave negative feedback on the changes.


Devs didnt want to deal with the bitching and feedback crap so they nerfed our gear.

btw, if you roll with an sk, they fixed grave sacrament so it actually does as described now. All I gotta say is... wow.

What exactly is the spell description on Grave Sacrament? Tried looking it up on EQ2 players and it still shows it as their pet spell (good thing they keep that up to date).

Cause last night after finding out that was major cause of our sk stealing aggro, had him sit out on a trash mob till it was at like 20% health he popped that and and went from 1 on the hate meter to stealing aggro from me doing like 8k+ dps in under 2 seconds.

It is like reinforcement or holy ground.

AE spell that does damage and taunt, and the debuff it puts on the mob says "33% chance to increase threat position of caster by 1 position when target takes any damage" for 20 seconds. So basically while it is up (at least on a raid), they will have mega reinforcement active.

Main advantage is that it is any damage, not just the SK's damage, so they could be stunned or otherwise incapacitated and it would still be moving them up positions. Also it is an AE, so its effect on lots of mobs at once.

Can anyone tell me the recast time on Grave Sacrament?

This really is a kick in the balls, my OT SK is not only well geared but he is a bad ass when it comes to playing his class. Holding agro is a real bitch when his main goal in to top the DPS chart, he has the ring from SOH, Myth, stays in offensive on all trash, and almost all his gear is TSO and VP fabled.

I dont care how good a guard is, if the coercer dies, and peaceful link drops off the SK, its a full on battle to hold agro. On names, its not an issue, but trash he makes me work, and honestly if he wanted the mob, he can rip it at any time.

at least it's another tank stealing aggro and not a dps class, thats the way i have to look at it or it just gets annoying....although i'm pretty sure SK's count as a dps class right now too

2. all your other dps needs to stop sucking
