Digg
We keep getting Digg to around 50 percent, then someone screws up that or we are just missing something. We also get really close to Digg when he puts up his Sphere around him.
We aren't 100 pecent sure, but for the Mushroom, Badger, Snake, we go get them, and place them at Diggs feet. We suspect he heals if you do not do this, or possibly gets some unknown powers.
I believe we have even tried to hold the items instead of placing them at his feet too.
I'm not sure, but we may be using the right strategy, and maybe somone like a healer messes up and dies, and then the others forget to use their pots. I can't stress the use of pots for the whole zone.
If someone wants to shed some light without giving away the strat, it would be much appreciated.

Re: Digg
Got to this mob really quickly, since I played on test.
24 hours doesnt come close. Had same issue in test for the past few weeks, but had mob warping under ground really bad there. I thought I would wait till it went live, to see if we ran into the same issues here.
I'm not asking for the strat, I think I got 90 percent of it. Just have to be 1 thing missing, that or I need confirmation that someone messed up.

Re: Digg
Put snake on him everytime it says snake and just burn it. First time ever doing the mob last night and thats all we did and it died fairly quickly.
Now what was really great was petitioning after we killed the boss mob and not seeing najena anywhere in the zone to complete the quest. yay... unless we over looked something horribly.

Re: Digg
ok trying to get this guy rounded up.
i figured theres gotta be some way to follow the script and not just out-dps the heal.
on our tries we figured:
- not bringing him the mushroom results in a poison AE, which is a minor dot and a BOE/CA-damage debuff, just cure and dont worry
- not bringing him the badger results on the trauma effect, which i couldnt inspect because we only ever got it like twice that evening
- not brinding him the snake results in nothing visible
we figured at like ~65% he asks for a mushroom and then at 60% for the snake. it obviously doesnt matter if you bring him both, or just the snake, or just the shroom or neither of em. no matter what, he _will_ heal up to 80ish% and the same thing starts again when you reach 65% again... that is if you cant outdps the heal, which we couldnt (raiding without bards is meh)
so... there HAS to be some way to work with the script to kill this mob if you dont have the dps or are trying to o*****up the zone (which will become common in like a month - my bet)
oh and i forgot - already found the hint to not switch bridges until the brought thingie is consumed.

Re: Digg
Just place the snake totem near your DPS. It gives a buff which allows them to proc and minimize the healing. Then just keep bringing snakes whenever the first one fades, you can tell when the buff goes away, hold the new snake until then. He still heals a decent amount, so if you have low dps, you might still be in trouble. I have a feeling he will be adjusted.
