i currently have a 75 guardian and im amazed at the number of people claiming guardians arent broken. no other class in the game compares with how gimp we are.we one of the worst soloers; and you'd think because of that, we would be really strong for groups, but we are probably the worst tank for groups, other then possibly brawlers because of our limited ae threat. not only are we less desirable in groups then other tanks, we are very limited in the groups we can do compared to most classes. a healer or a dps can do groups 5 lvls above them and significantly help out; a guardian is practically useless in a group 5 lvls above it, cant hold aggro, takes about as much damage as a caster 5 lvls above him can, and deals shit damage. and then, ok, we are bad at soloing, and groups, we must be awesome in raids, right? no, theres 1 spot for us in raids, that we are arguably no better then sk's who are one of the best soloers, and group tanks. we are the bottom, even necro's have it better then us in raids, they have 1 spot that no one competes with them for.

and i have tanked the rings in yos and had to be careful how i picked the grp if ida had a warlock or wizard it would not of happened i had a ranger brig dirge illy templar so for the most part single target dps if a guard can do all this shit and just as good explain it to me, i can understand not holding 5 epic x4 mobs from a raid. raids run with a few fighters now and that is how it is but since prolly 75% of this game does not raid i feel a guard is left behind in some way. I dont want to be a sk and i dont want sk's nerfed, when guilds were just getting in to vp a kick ass illy could hit 5 or 6k dps a rockin wizard or warlock was just a bit above that, and on my guard i could easily get 3.5k all non raid. now as it is with raid gear and mythical illys are hitting 9 or 10k a wiz. is almost always 10k or better a good lock can get 30k on some encounters Ive seen an assassin hit over 17k once and my guard almost fully mastered and all of vp set and 3 of tso still almost never gets 4k Ive spiked higher over 6k but not very often. so our taunts are not increased our dps is not increased and our mythical weapon was decreased and our aa da lines decreased this is the fix i am talking about i either want more dps or preferably more agro eg. taunt or buffs just to get back up to par thats all
