Doesn't brawlers have a like AA spec to add 5% hate transfer to their single target avoidance buff?

Yep, forgot about the hate xfer proc. Got almost all the percentages a few off there.

Is the coercer increase from an AA or something? I know wizards have an AA to increase their xfer, but wasn't aware of one for coercers.

5% increase from coercer line in the tso tree. Affects the hate mod as well.

Extra parry over the haste, I cap haste in raids and if Im in offensive stance the extra parry comes in handy.

Also the extra points in acceleration strike is unecessary, your only gaining more haste not extra damage or casting speed. So no need there.

I prefer a well played coercer over all the others, if I got to choose one for group content.
BTW Coercers Master I "Enraging Demeanor" adds 17.1% Hate Gain plus 17% Hate Transfer and their other buffs are nice too.So IMO I consider them the best.

Pretty sure most tanks have the opposite problem. I get at least 560 parry in a raid.

I also don't think there's any haste whatsoever in the MT group other than the dirge's CoB. Shamans can give 17 haste, but only if they're pet spec'd.
