Warlock (3-9%), though they will likely cause more harm than good

I prefer a well played coercer over all the others, if I got to choose one for group content.
BTW Coercers Master I "Enraging Demeanor" adds 17.1% Hate Gain plus 17% Hate Transfer and their other buffs are nice too.So IMO I consider them the best.
There is another list where buffs are listed. That list is just for the xfer.

It's important to keep them separate, I think, since a coercer that is parsing 1k will still help you hold aggro, but an assassin that is parsing 1k will not. Thus, coercers make an apperance in both lists.

I also don't think there's any haste whatsoever in the MT group other than the dirge's CoB. Shamans can give 17 haste, but only if they're pet spec'd.
If your sword and board, you should be able to cap haste with your gloves+acceleration strike+AA haste, lowest you can really go is about 1.7 delay.

Pretty sure most tanks have the opposite problem. I get at least 560 parry in a raid.
Only certain fights where I have my dirge run with the parry buff up, not really needed most of the time. Plus O stance is nice to tank in.

I am always over the cap in parry. Since i always have a dirge in the group. even in O stance im over the cap. So more points in it would be a waste. And i know alot of other guards that would cap it easy... most of the items out there have +parry on them so its not hard.

Haste caps at 200...
Gloves gives 40, accel strike 38, slayer's speed 17.6 so total of that is around 96 haste... sure some other items gives +haste and you have the belt adorn but you're still not gonna get 100 more from those things. so you can still increase your haste by quite a bit.

Oh and at 125% boosted speed (200 haste) you're looking at a delay of 1.3 on your mythical with a shield.

Point being, with any lag, in any situation your going to be delaying your CA's even with how fast they go off, timing to hit the next hot key+casting+recovery your going to dealy it.

no CA cast and recovery are usualy not more than a second, with 8 points in accel strike you're looking at a cast and recovery time of about 0.8 seconds. there are other casting speed buffs that can get this well under 0.6 where you can get in 2 CAs without delaying your melee swings.

Could also be my internet connection... there's times when people in the raid complain about spell lag and I don't notice any. of course there's also time when too many people are in one zone or something similar and there's horrendous spell lag.
