i've never myself encountered an instance in which dragoon cyclone as affected a mez'd mob, so i would say go for it.

It used to be a big time mez killer.

However LU 32 i think it was fixed that problem. Open wounds, Hurricane, Dragoon cyclone and any AE auto-attack abilities no longer break mez'd mobs.

EoF wise I am about the same just threw the extra 2 points into command for that extra mit boost. You think the extra 2 secs to plant really makes a huge difference?

I also for one love the str line but never really considered the agi all that much. I may give it a go now that I dont use a sword anymore. Extra blue ae would be really nice to have.

Since mit this expac is next to worthless. An unbreakable root on a mob for 2 extra seconds is very nice. Specifically deagro'ing mobs.

Extra blue ae on a 1s cast time is quite nice.

few extra seconds on plant comes in handy on charm mobs as well. Charm inc? np plant, charm, mob stands there like a fucking drooling idiot while a noncharmed tank picks it up.

I'm having trouble finding current information what are the effective caps for skills.

Most current info I could find was (level * 6.5) = cap so for level 70 skills would have an effective cap of 455. Is this correct? I've seen my numbers raise beyond that level while raid buffed, and I would certainly rethink my AA choices based on this information.

Additionally, how useful are the end-line abilities in the stamina and intelligence lines? I'm intersted in experiementing with some unconventional AA specs.

I have the end ablility of the Int line it is pretty good. Extra 6% off recast sure helps a bit and the recovery will add up through a long fight getting more CAs and melee hits off after CAs. Might not be earth shattering but if you are going down int to max out that parry might as well go get it.

Used to have Str/Agi set up then i got a slower but higher dmg weapon, went with INT for the haste and ended up taking the end line to see how much the reduction would effect my agro/dps. Have to say it is working very well, however when we finally get a gd MM hammer to drops or my rogues get thier fill of clearcutters I'll swap back to Agi for the cyclone.

In all honestly it varies based on your fighting style/gear.

So is there any good high lvl 1h spears built for a Warrior on the dragoon line or is the best way the way i do it now and just swap out the 1h axe for the 1h spear on Dragoon spin?

Also what is the parry cap and how do you know when you hit it? Just curious is all; plus 98% dbl attack... that's freaking mean
