Default Food and Drink

I have an 80 provie that I use to make food/drink for my guilds raid tanks.

Up to now I've been making the Bruteflesh Reduction and Cranberry Glazed Drachnid Infusion.

I see alot of you using the Brutemarrow Infusion.

Question I have is, Is it better to use two plus parry items or one parry and one dodge?

Does parry work better than dodge?

Parry is better than dodge because you have a chance at riposting on a successful parry.

I think your first choise was the better... I'd rather have the 17 or whatever strength than the 0.4% ripostes.
But with these sort of numbers it's really splitting hairs...

Wrong. Only base parry % has a chance at riposting. Food/drink Parry % does not increase Ripostes at all, it only increases Parry. Not to mention, Ripostes do very very little damage to the mob when you do actually get 1.

Personally I usually just go with Halasian ice brew now that its easily made and a cranbery pie with cream. So good! But I do carry the +parry food in my bag incase I feel like my dancing skills are not quite up to par.

I switched over to Brutemarrow Infusion about 5 days ago. Never knew about it until the market ran out of Bruteflesh, and I either searched for "brute" mats or other "infusion"s.

It does give more avoidance because of how the math works out, but you lose the wisdom. It gives an extra .1% avoidance for me, so I'd say it's worth it, but not a huge difference.
