With a non myth guard alt I can push 3-4k zw (dirge coercer) dunno what you're doing to be parsing 1.5k

You might want to look at your CA sequence, and AA setup if you parse 1.5k .. Guards can do so much better than 1.5k. My Guard can parse 5k raid buffed and he's VP Geared

i'll address all of your comments at once since they suffer the common fail. IF a guard is doing 3-4 a zerk/sk/pally is doing 4-6 so all in all the point all of you missed is that. why bring a tank that does less dmg then the others to a herroic zone?

Cant deny that SK's and brawlers out DPS Guards. But if its the search for DPS then why roll a Fighter in the first place??
Better off rolling a Scout ie Assassin or Swashbucker and DPS to your hearts content without the responsibility of keeping the rest of the Group alive. As for Shadowknights they have had alot of loving of late and as SOE is so fond of balancing Fighters I can see the SK getting a huge dollop of nerf bat in future patches. As for brawlers well i bet they are fun to dps with and can tank ablely too, but rely too much on avoiding damage so when they do get caught they get caught BAD!!!!!! and if that hit is a double attack well good bye Brawler.

Im not sure why you keep posting here. The point is while we may not have the top AOE aggro, we can get pretty damn close with gear/AA and other abilities. You just have to learn to carry gear around for specific situations Mutagenic burst for zones such as outer stronghold for several of the encounters; 2-3 pieces of MB gear+agi line 40% aoe auto attack and a dirge you shouldn't have any aggro problems if you just change targets once in a while.

im actaully not sure why you keep posting here.. i clearly said guard aoe is fine. so wtf exactly are you referring to?

You are correct sir. Procs will screw them and mages to a degree. So not a direct nerf so to speak, but it is a nerf to them in a round about way
