I tried to search "Mutagenic Burst" on lootdb.com. No results.
Any chance you could be more specific? I have not attempted Outer Stronghold yet, but still having some trouble at the top in BF:CoA with aoe aggro.
For the OP, I have been lvl 80 about 6 weeks. I ground out every shard I could get and finally have all my T2 gear and Myth. Starting to set my sights on raiding and have some of the same concerns.
Frankly, most of the raid instances I have seen so far (with my Swash as well) the groups come with one "big bad mo fo" and some flunkies. Your job is to hold the "big bad mo fo" and as many of the others as you can, but hopefully your guild/raid is prepared for this and have brought an OT to take the adds. There are a few heroic zones that I have seen where it can be frustrating, but most are not that hard. 3-4 mobs are not really a problem for a Guard. 8-10 make you want to kill the developers

Gear, AA distribution, and group setup are the answers. I got the group set-up thing down now, no idea where/what some of the gear is, and still less than 150 AAs, but I don't suck .... much. It can only get better.
For the record, folks on this board trash Fungie everytime they get a chance. I play on Unrest, and if I am on my Swash, I want to be in Fungie's group. And when I started working on my Guard, he helped me figure some things out when the rest of the board couldn't have cared less. Hands down, best tank I know. Read his "dummies" post that is stickied to the top of this board to start. I hope he continues to update it often (with a "must have" gear section).
Note to Fungie: Just mail the check
