How do people feel about "Unyielding Vigilance" in raid?

Is it worth using or would getting "Shake Off" from a bruiser be the better option.

its best to have any other fighter put their avoidance on you, then you have a chance to avoid an attack using their avoidance, however, there are some mobs that require multiple tanks, like Zarrakon. When my grp gets the add and my OT grabs the named, first thing is throw on your avoidance for him and grab the add then pummel it.
