Wulf I put in Dev suggestions awhile ago that our Moderate should be groupwide. Even had a dev say they were looking into it. That was about 10 months ago. Dam even if they dropped it down to 30-37% area like the bard buffs it would not be game broken at all for instances.

Hate gets transferred and then moderate kicks in. Moderate doesn't lessen the amount of transferred hate.

Pluses come before minuses! Not real hard to test and see tbh.

never seen any devs actually touch on this subject. yes lots of poeple have said this many times but it has never been backed up.

Hate is xfer'd, moderate is secondary.

you would think since the hate window was released they would make such information known.

okies ill bite exactly what testing is it that you're doing to come to come to the conclusion that moderate comes after the hate transfer? are you guys using ACT threat out? i haven't been able to get this to work for me, not that i have tried or anything.

Probably because it only worked while the fighter update was on test, and then was removed because of whiny emo fighters like you.
