My favorite set up is as follows:
Guardian
Mystic
Templar
Dirge
Coercer
Swashbuckler/Assassin (Pref swashy)

That's usually how my raid rolls, and it usually is an extremely solid set up. The dirge is a given and so is the Coercer. Templar/Mystic combo provides generally the best heals with a good person playing it. Having a Templar and Mystic also provides enough heals to go offencive/dps gear/dual wield on trash fights and never go below 90%. Swashy provides the highest aggro transfer as well as better AE damage providing aggro xfer from other mobs in a multiple mob encounter. Assassins could easily do the job just as well though.

ps warden or troub would be nice though :D

Why the hell would you not use a swashy/assassin for the last spot? They get helpful buffs from the dirge as well as great aggro xfer.
