Best way to piss off a healer is to body pull and say:

"Okay guys... Incoming... "
"Wait for it! Don't attack!" (Meanwhile its beating on someone)
"Don't attack... Wait for it to clear the adds!" (2 or 3 people are dead by now)
"Okay! Attack! Max DPS!" (Most of the raid is now dead)
"Group FD!!!" (Everyone is dead except the Tinkerer MT now)

Blow up your raid. This is a trick Cleftan and I did in FTH. We waited till the last wall to blow up was over by door headed to othys. Called the folks to it and as they ran by ignited the barrel.

Had cleftan pulling a encounter from behind a door. Shut the door as he got to it. funny shit.
