Default Melee crit

Quick question, what's the difference between crit chance and crit bonus?

Thanks in advance.

Default Re: Melee crit

Crit chance is the probability of any one of your hits being a crit.

Crit Bonus is the additional amount any crit hits for.

1% crit chance = 1 in 100 swings are crits.

1% crit bonus = any crit will crit for the base crit (30% extra) plus the 1% (So any crit will have a dmg bonus of 31% instead of 30%).
