No Im not stuck at the 70% avoidance thing. I gave you the benefit of the doubt in my post and said lets say you get hit 70% of the time.

So even at 70% hit rate it still only proc 600 hate on average on 1 in 3 hits at Master II level. And I'm not certain but I think it is also resistable.

It doesn't matter that you have to do nothing for it to happen since someone who sneezes during a raid creates more hate than this anyway.

maybe this should be part of the revamp when setinel expac comes out.

Trust me there wont be a rewamp or try to fix for the guard class in next expansion. If you ask me the guard class is not a big topic at all next expansion. If any tank class get some love next expansion it will be brawlers... If soe where to fix guards i see any crusaders crying their butt off and we get nerf again.

Actually you can bank on threat changes next expansion for sure, and I think you will see all non crusaders getting a little love.
