EQ2.ca is a website that provides an outlet for your Advanced Combat Tracker stats. It utilizes ACT, MySQL ODBC 3.51 and your combat logs from in game to produce www.YourToon.EQ2.ca. How do you get started?

Make sure you have the MySQL ODBC 3.51 driver from MySQL :: MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51 Downloads
next make sure you have ACT from Advanced Combat Tracker -- An encounter parser for EQ2

Once you have these two applications installed go to http://EQ2.ca/registar.php and complete the 3 field sign up. After this your website will be ready for you in less than a minute at www.YourToon.EQ2.ca so pick your username to match what you want your website called.

More importantly - check your email. You will recieve your username and password. This is a very important document. It gives you a connection string or information to paste into ACT like so:

ACT->General Options->EQ2 Integration and Export Options->Export Data to an ODBC Database

Now test the connection and you should be good to go. You can now document every encounter your Toon is involved in.

Secondary to that. Facilities to edit and maintain your website at YourToon.EQ2.ca are available via port 69 using ssh right now. FTP transfer to your website is currently not implement yet but soon will be.

It's your website and your database. Feel free to organize it how ever you like. Basically it is a project to further the development of the web based code for displaying the stats. If you are missing anything in your shell account or need something special use the email found on the front page to resolve.
