You cannot be exiled and use faction gear. It is Qeynos or Freeport only.

For the record, Adam isn't a member of Havoc and I don't understand why he is acting like he is. Pvp is a totally different game from PVE. I've played both at the high end scene and it's a totally different environment with totally different circumstances. Ask some of your NPU boys, I'm sure they can tell you it has nothing to do with player skills. Matron is still up on Nagafen, the 1 mob that seperates us from the rest of the world I suppose. I have no excuses as to why it isn't dead, not like any of you would understand them anyway. I just wanna say that comparing the two different environments is a pretty foolish idea in my mind. I could really care less what Havoc looks like in the world wide scene or the eye's of anyone that isn't in Havoc. Just remember that you guys play a very different version of the game than we do, so please don't compare them as if they were the same. Also note that t7 raiding really didn't start on Nagafen until Fallen Dynasty/exile patch was released. That being said, see you all in EOF.
