What is with all the level 80 noobs on Guk?

Seriously.

Im not particularly uber or well equipped on my main or my alt but for fucks sakes, what in the hell is with Guk at the moment and all the level 80 people who have no idea what the hell their character does? Did I miss the memo when I was playing Warhammer?

I might be a prick, argumentative and a lot of other things but I sure as fuck know how my character works in a group.

I wish there were more competant PST raiding guilds then I wouldnt have to deal with all these random horrible pick up groups. Ive never been one to disregard people because of gear or hp / mit totals but lately I find myself wanting to bust out Claypool / Mysticdrew like desires for tanks to have 8k mit and 12k hps or something to spare me from the hours of getting the shit kicked out of me.

Please. Someone, HELP!

Its because there are alot of dumbfucks on guk, i dont know how it was before eof came out but from what i can tell in the past year or so alot of people suddenly dont know what their class does. i think alot of character buyers move their newly bought purchase to guk or just buy characters that are on guk.

just be a jerk to them thats what i do maybe they will go back to wow or whatever server they came from in eq2.

Guk has always been this way, it is a kind of NPU or you suck server, as there was never much room for anythign else. Having said this I have run into decent people over the years, some also decent at their classes.

Well, considering how retarded-easy it is to level to 80 in this game... it is just a WoW-effect...I imagine every server has its share of tards.

Easy compared to?

WoW takes, easily, 1/20th of the time. (at least to 70, haven't done 80 in either game)

ok, thats a lie, im actually new to Guk, mains are on Splitpaw and so far i like it, great bunch of people for the most part. certainly no more retards than SP yet. But i have heard stories from friends i had on guk beforehand....

like lvl 80s asking what Moderate does, that screams EBAY to me

You can get to max level in 1 day on WoW? Very nice.

Retarded easy = It took me 3 weeks, not playing weekends, to get my newest alt to 80. (From 30. But like that's anything I couldn't do in a day.) Probably faster now that I know where I'm going and have a permanent 40% exp boost. Lol

Alright I grabbed a # out of my ass, prolly a 5th, truly... Also is sad that you can hit 80 in less than a month. Maybe things have changed much more than I thought in my absence...
