Sooo... I called Sony and gave them ten tons of shit on the phone. Result? I got an apology, was told the whole thing sounded very fishy due to certain things weren't done that should have been done when a "normal" first name change is submitted for whatever reason. I was told that the guy reviewed my account and could see no reason my name would be changed. He submitted a request order to the GM's to change this.

Called later in the day and was told by the guy that it looked like something shady was going on so he escalated the situation above the GM's (whatever that means). I'm being told I should have my normal name back shortly

Notice that the name Khrack was created on Kithicor today after the REAL Khrack posted here that he was getting his name back and that the Main account holder is in Yuyoy's guild, if it isn't Yuyoy himself.
